These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zetrocube website and the software engineering services we provide. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or engaging Zetrocube for software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services description
Zetrocube provides custom software development, consulting, architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and related engineering services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in a separate statement of work or engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment and unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property. Zetrocube retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed prior to the engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the working relationship and continues for a period agreed upon in the engagement contract.
Payment terms
Fees, milestones, and invoicing schedules are specified in the engagement agreement. Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of work. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetrocube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions in the signed agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the engagement agreement, or, in the absence of such specification, by the laws applicable to Zetrocube’s primary place of business.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
